You can play a vital role in the success of our programs and events at Clearwater Fundamental Middle School even if you aren’t able to be at school. PTA Board meetings are held before the monthly PTA General Meeting, at 5:00 pm, on the third Tuesday of every month and last 1 hour. Only the Executive Board is required to attend every PTA Board Meeting. Standing Committee Chairs attend when an event specific to their position is relevant or they can choose to come to every meeting. At CFMS, if you volunteer for at least one hour, in any capacity, you are exempt from the monthly PTA General Meeting (*Volunteer hours must be confirmed by office staff to receive PTA credit). The PTA success is only as great as the volunteers that get involved.
