In order to receive your free directory, you must be a PTA member (one free directory per family). If you have a red apple stamp on your PTA Attendance card, you have paid your membership fee. Please send an email to cfmspta@gmail.com and we will send your directory home with your child. If you have not yet joined, a membership application is available through the link below.
